Synopsis:
Between 1998 and 2005, a wave of murders targeting elderly women shook Mexico City.
This documentary explores the capture of Juana Barraza Samperio, known as La Mataviejitas (The Little Old Lady Killer), who posed as a nurse to gain the trust of her victims before strangling and robbing them. Beyond profiling the killer, the film amplifies the voices of the victims and exposes the failures of the justice system in a thorough and sensitive production.
