Composer Enrico Chapela Barba’s “Los Braceros” (“The Laborers”) Cantata for Mariachi and Orchestra, conducted by Lecce-Chong, will feature Mariachi Champaña Nevin of San Diego and vocalists Rafael Jorge Negrete and Mónica Ábrego.
